De Freitas & Ryan right from the outset made the decision that they wanted to be the type of organisation that contributed back to the community. This was done by way of contributing a portion of the income from every property they either sell or lease going back to the community.

Over the years these charities have appreciated and recognised their contribution and De Freitas & Ryan have continued to do more in every way possible. As a result their involvement in “Giving Back” has grown to the point where a number of friends, supporters and clients of De Freitas & Ryan, have expressed their interest in working side by side with them in making a difference.

As a result De Freitas & Ryan have appointed Melissa Tome from their company as Co-ordinator of “Giving Back”, in order to grow the De Freitas & Ryan Foundation and facilitate the distribution of funds.

Some of the organisations we support include

  • Princess Margaret Hospital

Under the guidance of Melissa, the funds built up by the offices of  De Freitas & Ryan and directed to the De Freitas & Ryan Foundation are distributed. Should a supporter of “Giving Back” wish to contribute to one of their nominated charities, Melissa will facilitate the donation where upon a tax deductable receipt for the full amount of the contribution will be forwarded to the donor. De Freitas & Ryan are determined to do as much as they can to make a real difference with this initiative and any assistance that their “Public” can offer is warmly welcomed.
