It’s not only “Been Another Big Week in Real Estate’, “It“s Been A Really Wet Week in Real Estate’. If there are any properties in Perth with leaking roofs, you can bet on them being managed by De Freitas & Ryan. Our plumbers have been extremely busy and so too have our Property Managers but that’s real estate.
A really busy week again with excellent results in all divisions. The market is a little all over the place however some of our results have been quite outstanding. I was talking with some of our competitors this week and they echoed my thoughts and even some of our Eastern states colleagues seem to be of the same opinion.
I just got into trouble for knocking off a chocolate donut out of the fridge, so maybe next time I’ll check in the mirror so I can wipe my mouth and get rid of the evidence. Anyway, I’ve been busy, it’s 4pm, missed out on lunch, so bad luck.
This photo was actually taken earlier in the week prior to Mig having his wisdom teeth out. It would be cruel to put his photo in the paper as the “elephant man’ looks a little ordinary today. Having said that, he’s done two deals in the last two days however, it’s probably because they couldn’t say no as they were frightened of him.
We had the local paper in again this week as it’s time for us to plan our advertising in accord with our budgets for next financial year. We’re quite excited with what we’ve come up with so watch this space.
When I’ve finished typing this, I’m about to make a phone call and congratulate a young Spearwood man on his appointment with our company as a Residential Sales Representative.
