Deals deals and more deals. It’s all happening at De Freitas & Ryan in what has been another big week in Real Estate. Travs off at a course today but I said to him on the phone before that I need a bit of a break as it’s just been really full on since Christmas. Trav just laughed and said “Tell me about it boss” .
Our little mate Kevin 07 seems to have “Dug a hole” for himself with the big mining boys in WA and with the Greeks failing at arithmetic and the yanks playing bouncy bouncy with the stock markets I’m going to get even busier as more and more people move their dollars into property.
There is a lot of “funny stuff” out there in the press at the moment and a lot of people become confused during these times, so I’ve told our “Sales force” to stick to reading the sports pages and they can’t go wrong.
I think this is for a showroom in Rockingham that Robs listed. I believe it is being placed pretty high up on the facade of the building so Rob will probably need Migi to give him a hand.
Things have been extremely busy in the residential department so Melita has had to get a “Temp” in to help her get through the work load.
Yes our man Gary has just recovered from injury and is going to put some more miles into those legs of his by getting out dropping cards in letter boxes advising people that he has just sold a property in their neighbourhood.
Our Ashleigh has been busy doing all our advertising and she’s doing a really good job. Sam has moved up to a new position within the company so Ashleigh is going to be a really busy girl.
Mig and I have been really busy coping with the demands of a growing business. We have five Auctions ahead of us and our business continues to head north.
Hopefully our new website will be up and running soon as we’ve put a lot into it to ensure our business continues to grow.
We’ve also made some new staff appointments which we’re excited about and we’ll get around to introducing them to you once they’ve had a chance to settle in.
It’s nearly 11:30am and I haven’t heard from Sir Milton Coombe which is most surprising as he always sells something on his day off.
I’m looking forward to doing my Auction In White Gum Valley tomorrow as Bill tells me there is some pretty strong interest. Then it will be off home to watch Fremantle beat Brisbane Lions by thirty one points.
