Well we’ve survived another short week in Real Estate and in fact have turned it into another big week in Real Estate. Mig has had his turn this week with some excellent results but he certainly hasn’t been alone. Robs also listed five new properties, Trav has sold a few and listed a few, Corey knocked one off in Marlene Way Bibra Lake, Tanya’s sold one and listed one in Safety Bay, Gary’s on fire (that’s a bit of an in house joke) and Sir Milton’s just phone through to say he’s knocked one off in Dotterel Way. Yes it’s his day off and he’s done it again.
It’s been head down tail up all week as our office just continues to be extremely busy. Our rental division is doing extremely well and we’ve added a lot of new managements for the month of April.
I just had Kylie the owner of Dotterel Way Yangebup that Milton’s just sold call into the office. She had to drop the paperwork back in as Milton is down in Mandurah trying to sell another one on his day off. I noticed on the contract the chooks have been included in the sale and informed her that it was ok so long as there was no foul play involved.
It’s really “crazy busy’ in here at the moment and I’m trying to help get a hot water system sorted in Carrington Street White Gum Valley asap so our excellent tenants don’t have to go without hot water for too long otherwise I’m going to be in hot water.
I really must go as I haven’t even opened the mail yet and I’ve got lots to do before I get out of here tonight.
Thanks to all those people who supported our company in April and made it one of our best months ever. Things continue to build and it’s really exciting times here at the “coal face’ of Real Estate in WA.
