Now let’s think. What’s been going on at De Freitas & Ryan this week? Well, yes it’s certainly “Been Another Big Week In Real Estate’ with the most stand out event being the launch of our new advertising format in the local paper. It was pats on the back all round for Sir Milton Coombe who has been instrumental in improving our marketing side of things. Milton is one of those exciting characters and when you add enthusiasm with perfection, you obtain results that continue to “raise the bar’ at De Freitas & Ryan.
Milton’s off to put his two sold signs up for Kardinya and Aubin Grove and he’s also jumping up and down at the front counter (poor Sam) as he’s just been “given the nod’ on another new listing in Kardinya.
Trav wrapped up his big $900,000 sale in Coogee last week and talking about big, Corey knocked off “Mr. Big’ in Marav Court in Success this week as well. Even though it hasn’t stopped raining all week, everyone’s been extremely busy and the results most pleasing.
With the outstanding results being achieved by our outstanding team members in all divisions of our young, up and coming company, the need has now arisen for us to add to our administrative side of the business in order to cope with the ever increasing results driven work load.
Miguel, Dalena and I decided to look for a top line person who would embrace the culture of De Freitas & Ryan and be capable of handling a large workload and at times, work under extreme pressure in order to meet the needs of our very loyal and yet, demanding clientele.
It was decided that we didn’t have to look very far as the obvious person for the role is our very own Samantha Ross who has become a most integral part of our business and been with the company since day one.
So obviously that means we are now requiring the services of a person to fill Sam’s “receptionist shoes’ and that’s all good.
I am so thrilled with the progress our young company is making and extremely proud of our people and their achievements.
I’ve got to fly as there’s lots to do to ensure that next week is, “Another Big Week In Real Estate,’ at De Freitas & Ryan.
