Well, it sure has ’Been Another Big Week in Real Estate’ with all of our departments in ’full steam ahead’ mode.
Our Rental Department so far this month has seen us leasing a property a day with two more to be signed up over the weekend. It’s amazing the amount of business that is out there and those who love to deal with De Freitas & Ryan offering a professional service.
We constantly receive feedback from both tenants and owners who thank us for our kind, professional and caring service.
Speaking of caring service, Travis has just told us he’s been in the field helping out a client of his and going the extra mile with extra landscaping maintenance to ensure the property is presented well for sale. Now that’s the type of diligent and enthusiastic people we love to have on board with us here at De Freitas & Ryan - always working toward exceeding our clients’ satisfaction.
Rocky SOLD his first property late last Friday topping off what had been a very impressive start with our company. He is a real asset and both Rod and I are very excited with what he has to offer with his extensive business knowledge and experience.
Peter had a great start to the weekend with a sale in Safety Bay and was very surprised when we brought out a birthday cake. He celebrated his 90th in great style, running away from the camera (that’s why there is no photo, he is really only 60).
Not to be out done, Tanya and Corey have been busy listing properties all over town from Wellard to Success. Milton is close to wrapping up his second sale with the company and has been very busy helping our latest recruit Daniel finishing off his sales registration assignment. That’s right Daniel Aguiar is another Portuguese recruit from Spearwood who will be a rising star.
Our Commercial Department is very busy leasing and selling properties, Rob has just listed a fantastic new property at 31 Burlington Street, Naval Base to be auctioned on the 23rd of September 2009 at 12 noon. Pencil it into your calendars.
