It never stops, it never ever stops. I was at the bank yesterday and this nice young bloke asked me if I was the Mr. Ryan in De Freitas & Ryan. I informed him that I was and he went on to say how impressed he was with our company and how so many people were going into his bank to pay their rental payments, etc”¦ It was nice to get that sort of feedback as we really have all been working hard building our business.
“It’s Been Another Big Week in Real Estate’ with many, many transactions taking place. Pete tells me he has sold three this week and I’m not so sure about all the other reps as they are all out and about.
Listings have been hard to obtain but again, we’ve listed some beauties this week and I believe Robbo has been appointed to handle the auction of a large commercial property.
Talk about working hard, we’ve all been really hard at it but it’s also a lot of fun. Mig was overlooked some months ago on the sale of 20 factory units however the owners have just come back to him and appointed De Freitas & Ryan Commercial to sell all twenty completed units. Our results in that area are a credit to our Commercial Division and our reputation is becoming more and more widespread.
To keep ahead of our competitors, Mig and I are always working in a forward direction and today was all about a meeting with our web designer, Bouncing Orange, to see what new technologies we can introduce into our company. Some amazing stuff I can tell you, so watch this space.
Our new advertising formats, I’m told, are nearly finalized so it appears we can now look forward to our launch about the middle of August. It seems our new marketing mogul, Milton is somewhat of a perfectionist and won’t allow anything to leave this office that’s not 100%. Happy with that, Milton. Extremely happy with that.
Received a call from an old Rotary mate of mine who tells me his son (Ryan, would you believe), wants to make real estate his career. He is currently studying the certificate course and will be doing work experience with us next week. Who knows? Maybe another “cadet’ coming up at De Freitas & Ryan.
Haven’t had a chance to sit down and work out how many sales, etc”¦ we’ve had however, it appears July will be close to the best month we’ve ever had.
Trav’s had finance approval on a huge sale in South Perth this month and we’ve done some excellent transactions.
Anyway, tomorrow is the 1st of August and we are already putting things in place to turn on the heat for the last month of winter.
