Only 11 to go and we hit 100 blogs which is really quite amazing how quickly the weeks fly by when you’re having a lot of fun.
It’s not all fun mind you, in this business. On Monday night, I had an appointment to sign up a deal at 7pm and I received a phone call from our office at 5:15pm to advise that the owner was withdrawing the property from sale.
After a few “Hail Marys’ and some understanding words with the client, everything got back on track and by 8pm that night we were able to “ring the bell again’ for yet another sale at De Freitas & Ryan.
Every day our sales team, is out and about working hard prospecting for new business. We firmly believe that the service and results our team produce is second to none and we will do whatever it takes to ensure our clients receive the best.
We have listed a four bedroom home for sale just down the coast and the property has been empty for quite a few months. The owner lives some distance away and can’t afford to have it presented for sale to the standard it should be so two of our sales people volunteered to assist.
Both Peter and Tanya have excelled since joining De Freitas & Ryan and you could say they’ve both been cleaning up in the real estate business.
Well done, Peter and well done, Tanya and you can both enjoy putting that SOLD sign up in the next few weeks.

We wrote in previous weeks about the addition of new vehicles to our fleet and as you can see below, this week saw the start of our fleet undergoing a makeover.
It’s been extremely busy again this week and as a matter of fact, I just can’t remember the last time we had a quiet week. It’s great seeing our team develop the way they are and it sure is going to be exciting times ahead.
