It’s been another “frantic week’ as well as ’A Big Week In Real Estate’ again here at De Freitas & Ryan. We have still to finalise our new advertising layouts however, Milton assures me that after our 1:30 meeting today, everything will be finalized.
Milton is proving to be a huge asset to our young company and his input in the marketing area and branding of our business has been excellent. He’s certainly up and running with the sales side of things and looks like having more success this weekend.
This Wednesday’s sales meeting had the added amusement of our six monthly photo shoot. As usual, Mig was the star of the show with his peculiar laugh and very unfavourable comments in relation to our staff members’ hair loss, weight gain and overall lack of movie star appearance which of course he has loads of. Anyway, as they say Mig, “Self praise is no praise at all’.
Our new boy, Rocky or “Balboa’ as we call him, turned up for work the other day in his pride and joy, a superb Trans Am Mustang. It looked a bit ordinary parked next to my Camry of course however, so did his Jag. Rocky has really contributed a lot to our business and he really adds to the “buzz’ that is so evident at De Freitas & Ryan.
The mighty white board is filling up with sales and leasing results and again, this month is proving to be a very strong one. Everyone without exception is extremely busy and the results are excellent.
Must go as I’ve just had a call from Mark Harvey, coach of Fremantle, (he does read our blog you know) as he wants Miguel and I to get ready for the game on Saturday. It appears they are desperate for a win this week so Miguel is first rover and I’m in the ruck.
Keep your chin up Freo, remain positive and who knows, maybe this week will see us topple Brisbane and things can go forward from there.
