It’s not only been, “A Big Week In Real Estate’, but it looks like being, ’A BIG Year In Real Estate,’ at De Freitas & Ryan.
The sales have started flowing in for the new financial year with the highlight being Travis (putting one through the middle) at $900,000. There’s been plenty of bell ringing they tell me already this week and the good news is everyone is extremely busy.
Our Property Management division has been a buzz of energy this week with lots of new and existing business being transacted. Our young Jason has completed his Real Estate Management certificate and is proving to be a valuable addition to the team.
This week saw the arrival of two new vehicles for our Property Management team and we have decided to have them along with our existing vehicles sign written with our company logos, etc...

So please look out for a new fleet working in the field assisting our clients where we can.
I must congratulate all our staff on what has been a wonderful financial year and the second year of our young company. Our results were extremely satisfying and the growth in our business is quite amazing. We have many new initiatives coming your way this year, all wrapped up with enthusiasm and benefits for our clients so, “Watch this space,’ as they say.
I’m off to the MCG tonight with some old Real Estate friends of mine over in Melbourne to see what should be a great spectacle and a great game. Then it’s off to the “KEBABS STADIUM” on Sunday to see the Cats take on the Saints, so it should be, A Big Week In Football,’ as well as Real Estate.
Our thoughts are with the Charman family this week. We lost one of our finest in Reg. A champion cyclist, a champion water skier, a champion footballer, a champion family man and a champion bloke. We’ll miss you, Mate.
