People ask me where I get the time to do the blog each week and I tell them that I just have to find the time as it has become a very large part of the culture of our business.
To have so many people following our progress and so many people involving themselves in this wonderful industry via something as simple as our weekly blog, it’s amazing.
All this has led to us embarking on a new initiative which will raise a few eyebrows over the coming weeks.
While all this fancy new way of cyber space communication is going on, we never forget about what’s important to us at De Freitas & Ryan and that’s helping our community where we can.
Now let’s talk business for a moment because boy, has it been, “A Big Week In Real Estate.’ We didn’t expect to “blow the roof off’ the place this week as we finish off what has been a magnificent second year for the business. But it’s been really going off and as Trav just said, “It’s not over yet, Boss,’ as he’s writing up an offer tomorrow morning and another one on Monday. So there you go.
Mig just finalized his ’million dollar baby’ in O’Connor at $1.32 million and that’s just one out of many, many sales for the week.
The Rental Management side of things has also been exceptional this week and we just had one of our clients in the office at 2pm today with her father who is handing across two new properties. Go Melita!
I’ve been studying the market, studying the opposition and positioning myself “on the blocks’ for the 1st July and I can’t wait. Our team is raring to go so watch this space.
Yes, I may sound a bit excited but it’s an exciting business and I’m really proud of what our team is achieving, the progress we’re making and the reputation we’re building.
