The end of the financial year is roaring up at us and that means it’s celebration time at De Freitas & Ryan Property Consultants as it’s soon to be our second birthday.
We’ve been fortunate that we have been able to build on the solid foundation that we structured in our first year and when we look ahead at our business plan for next year, it is all exciting stuff.
We’ve had a tremendous week in sales both Residential and Commercial with one of our reps scoring a “hat trick’. Mig’s trying to finalise a million dollar commercial “baby’ at the moment and there are offers on the table everywhere.
Our listings are starting to get a little thin (wish I could say the same about myself) however, the team is making every effort to win business where we can and knowing our team, we will succeed.
Busy day here today. I’ve got to complete our budgets for next year, do our one on ones with the sales team and get ready for another busy weekend.
It’s all happening in here. Everyone is extremely busy and this month looks like being a beauty.
Mig and I were at a real estate course this week where we met a lot of really nice people and some top operators as well. It’s great knowing the industry we all love is in such good shape. Hard work but very satisfying and “Hello’ again to all concerned.
It’s absolutely bucketing down outside so I’m going to arrange for our new sales reps to get out and do some card drops (only joking) but we’ll catch you next week after, “Another Big Week In Real Estate’.
