“It never stops in this place.’ “It’s getting busier and busier every time I come in here’. I think our book keeper must be looking for a pay rise, however in all seriousness, we are getting busier and busier and there is a lot of work to be done by our admin staff but that’s all good.
Dom, one of Mig’s clients has just walked in the door so we’re organising him with a cup of tea, as sometimes Mig’s 5 minutes is half an hour. We have some really exciting projects coming up and Dom is one of our clients who is really doing some amazing developments. We better make sure it’s “bushells’ so we keep the customer satisfied.
No point in having clients with large developments if you can’t “move them out the door’ and boy oh boy, can our commercial guys certainly do that. We have had some fantastic success over the past few months and again this week has been most productive.
I got into some strife last week as I had calls from some of our “bloggers’ who wanted to know why our blog hadn’t been published. Yes, we slipped up but our IT people sorted it out and I believe we were up and running by about 8pm.
Trav has just told me he’s done a deal with Nike and he’s got some big deal on the go in South Perth so we’ll wait and see what happens there.
We’ve well and truly kicked off the month with some excellent sales this week and there is an awful lot on the go.
Yes Milton, we do let you have lunch but only for about ten minutes.
By the way, Milton’s our new Residential Salesperson and he is raring to go. Thrilled to have you on board old son and yes, you are going to be a very, very busy boy.
Our Property Management team is all settled down again with the return of the Portuguese man of war, Nuno, from holidays. We did some serious figures while he was away so he had mixed feelings on his return. He was full of praise for his fellow team members though and so am I particularly as I’m one of them.
Trav has just showed me details of a landmark property he’s listed in Fremantle and yes, this place is going off.
