I mentioned in our blog last week that Miguel and I had an announcement to make in regard to our business. I must say I’ve had about ten people ring me and ask me, “What’s going on?’ so at least people enjoy being a part of our business.
Well, the news is that Mr. Rod Searle of Rod Searle Real Estate Pty Ltd has now joined our brand and will be working in conjunction with De Freitas & Ryan. We are thrilled to be associated with Rod’s north of the river real estate company and we look forward to a long and beneficial association between our two companies.
With all our exciting news, we haven’t forgotten to get on with the business of selling and leasing property and yes, we’ve finished off the month of May in style. Probably one of the most satisfying months we’ve had as we’ve really been building our business and reputation and it’s being reflected on the “scoreboard’.
Our new office/showroom used to feel so big, however with our new staff appointments, we’re just about “chockers’. It’s a great feeling and a great ride being part of such a dynamic business and Miguel and I are very fortunate to have so many excellent people around us who are extremely focused and dedicated.
The weather wasn’t too good last week so Pete had to postpone his photo shoot until this week. It seems like “old news’ now as I think he’s sold another 3 “pups’ in Yangebup since he did the double in Tattler Place last week. Yes, he’s busy, yes, he’s obtaining excellent results and yes, if you own a property in Yangebup, you should be selling with Peter Vinci.
Melita has just had a call from a lady who owns quite a few properties and her agent has just informed her that they’ve sold their business and she now had to deal with another agent who it turns out, the lady doesn’t particularly like.
So it appears after 4pm today, we will be adding to our portfolio as a friend of hers has their properties managed by De Freitas & Ryan and they have highly recommended us.
Mig’s off interstate again, Nuno’s back next week, we’re all off to the footy again on Saturday night and no one’s tested positive to the swine flu, so we’ll catch you next week after what is sure to be, “Another Big Week In Real Estate’.
How could I forget, the new boy turn 18 on Sunday so, “Congratulations,’ to young Jason who is a real credit to his parents and already a valuable member of the De Freitas & Ryan team.
