I got told off yesterday by our General Manager, Dalena Lindstrom for being late with our monthly newsletter so I thought I’d better get our weekly blog out on time. So here I am at 8am being a hardworking boy at the office trying to keep on top of things.
It’s a really busy office here even at this time of the day so we’ll see how I go. Melita and Jason have already been in and headed out to Coogee and then onto West Perth. They’re all smiles as they are obtaining excellent results with new lettings in Fremantle, Shoalwater and Success yesterday.
Listings for all our divisions are coming in at a steady rate and we may have to look at increasing our team yet again. As a result, I have an interview with another young Real Estate hopeful at 11am today. He’s done the course and wants to join our company so we’ll see how we go.
It’s been a few years since I had a P plate on my vehicle but I have to tell you how pleasing it is to see such a nice young fellow taking his first few steps in his Real Estate career. I have really enjoyed watching and assisting the development of our people and Miguel and I are extremely proud of the way the business is developing. It’s not just the figures or the growth in the business, it’s seeing the culture develop in this young company of our people’s determination to offer service superior to anyone else in the industry and this is really driving our business.
We’ve had lots of sales again this week even though, “It’s Been Another Short Week In Real Estate’ and we’ve already “rung the bell’ for May with Tanya wrapping up another one in Hilton this morning.
May is set to be an exciting month as we have some four auctions scheduled and some fantastic new listings for sale. Everyone’s busy, busy, busy and excited about the business but I warn them not to get too complacent and get ahead of themselves.
Now what about Fremantle? Yes, we were there like lords in our sponsor’s box watching our hard working team do extremely well. Well done guys, now all you have to do is get Harvey to put Sandilands at full forward with Solomon next to him in the pocket and you’ll do even better.
Got to fly as I’ve got lots to do and get ready for next week which is sure to be, “Another Big Week In Real Estate’.
