I’m writing this blog in the “mighty Camry’ while I’m waiting for my 1 o’clock appointment (I am a bit early) in Hammond park. Another short week but “Another Big Week in Real Estate’ with an awful lot going on at De Freitas & Ryan.
We’ve got three auctions ahead of us next month, two in Busselton and Trav has just listed one in Lake Yangebup. After the success we’ve been having with our commercial auctions, word seems to be that we’re the company to go with if you want to obtain outstanding auction results.
Back in the office again (no luck at Hammond Park) and I’m told Miguel has a client with him that wants us to auction a commercial property on the 20th of May (same day as Travis’ auction) so maybe we can make that four auctions ahead of us.
Last month’s figures put a smile on our faces and the way things are going this month, we may even top March figures which means the kids at Princess Margaret Hospital will benefit from our success.
I’m going to cut this short as I’m being summoned by everyone at the moment as the team are just run off their feet.
Trav is flying out the door to list one in Willetton and Pete wants a hand with a new listing in Yangebup.
It’s all exciting stuff and I’d say we’re headed for an extremely busy weekend.
