Oh Boy! What “A Big (short) Week It’s Been In Real Estate. We’ve done a month’s work in four days with fantastic results this week. Mig’s signed off on three sales today and it’s only 11:30 and to be honest, all our Reps have been “on fire’ with the highlight this week of Travis selling a property for $1,150,000. (Our second million dollar sale this month.) Yes, it’s all go and that’s why we’re looking to increase our Sales team as frankly, our services are in demand.
Today, our team are all off at a training course however, when they return after lunch, Dalena will make their day as she has their profit sharing cheques ready for the March quarter. Yes, it’s going to be a big Easter for the team at De Freitas & Ryan.
I had a rental appraisal at a beautiful home in Warnbro this morning and hopefully we’ll pick that up in the next week or so. Melita and Nuno are extremely busy and are continuously building our portfolio.
Dalena has picked up a new strata in View Street, Bicton this week and there’s another two on the way.
I’ve been interviewing potential Salespeople and Rental Managers and trying to keep on top of all my work at the same time.
It is interesting times out there at the moment. A number of Real Estate Agents I’ve spoken with recently, are all busy and all writing good figures but they all seem to be nervous about the future. We’re excited about the future and are in expansion mode as there is just so much business out there if you’re prepared to work hard.
It’s almost a pity that Easter is upon us as we are keen to keep the momentum going. Dalena, Nuno and I have just signed off on our monthly rental report and it is amazing the growth we are experiencing.
Anyway, lots to do today before we all tune off and enjoy the Easter break so I’ll catch you again next week after what is sure to be “Another Big Week In Real Estate’.

P.S I just overheard one of our administration people say while they were doing their football tips that they’d love to pick North Melbourne to beat Hawthorne but they are just too chicken. I think I’ll leave that alone.
