“It’s Been Another Big Week in Real Estate’ everyone was that busy that a few of us, I don’t have to mention any names, forgot to put our footy tips in as the season has come upon us so quickly. We wish our mighty West Australian footy teams all the best in the season, GO THE DOCKERS.
Tanya was in tears yesterday - tears of joy we might add as her first full sale for 12 Bromley Rd, Hilton took place after only 2 weeks on the market. She has worked the area very hard over the past 6 weeks and has listed 3 properties in the area with 2 sales taking place.
As we mentioned last week Corey was very confident he would sell 3 Snowy Rise Hammond Park last weekend; that did not happen but he did sell 5B Caple Street, Willagee for an outstanding price. Not to be out done Peter is negotiating on a property in the Rockingham area.
Nuno has leased 2 properties and obtained 2 others for lease in the area and Melita has even picked up a fully furnished property in Floreat. She tells us, “No property is too far out of our reach due to our office being located so close to the Freeway – only a stone’s throw away from any metro location.’
Dalena has been busy working on updating our in house profit sharing scheme as the end of the quarter is quickly approaching us and boy, it is a huge task as we continue to flourish in the management department. Samantha has been run off her feet with so many new listings to put onto the market, she’s working in overdrive.
Commercially speaking, the boys are keen for next Wednesday the 1st April to come as our Auction at 9 Thorpe Way, Kwinana Beach on site at 12 noon is quickly approaching and that’s no joke!
Trav has just listed 2 factory units in Rockingham Road, Hamilton Hill for sale from $275,000 inclusive of GST. Paul is continuing to work the Southwest area hard and is obtaining good results with listings flying in the door. Robert has also just listed another property in Naval Base, 53 – 55 Frederick Street for $1,550,000 with no GST applicable.
I am putting a very prominent Albany Hwy property on the market For Auction. So keep your eyes open for this red hot AUCTION and I’ve also been extremely busy starting at the crack of dawn.
