’It’s Been Another Big Week in Real Estate’ with a lot of activity going on here at De Freitas & Ryan. There’s no slowing us down no matter what the circumstances are in the world today. It’s all heads down and tails up in here.
First things first, we are very proud to announce our commitment as major sponsors once again for the Fremantle Soccer Club Inc namely the Fremantle Spirit and Beeliar Juniors with the 2009 soccer season just around the corner. Games start mid April so come along and support our future generation of soccer players.

The phone in the Property Management department has not stopped ringing and we have been kept very busy indeed in this department. Nuno just had a property viewing yesterday in Hilton with over 20 groups wanting to view the property and even more phoning in for information and viewing times whilst he was on his way there! The demand for rental properties has definitely not slowed down as we continually get requests via people walking in everyday, phone calls and emails.
Peter continues to flourish in Residential Sales with another property sold in South Lake and listing four others from Fremantle to Palmyra to Cockburn Central. Tanya is run off her feet with Hilton, listing 2 new properties one being a street front lot for $299,000. Corey is excited about our new listing in Snowy Rise, Hammond Park which will be open on Sunday from 2-2:30pm which he tells me will be sold by this weekend.
Our Commercial department continues to “bring home the bacon’ with Paul our new Sales Consultant listing seven properties in Mandurah yesterday and even one in Port Kennedy opposite Bunning’s on an acre of land. Rob’s just walked into the office with two new listings that he’s keeping “close to his chest’ as they are red hot sellers. Travis has been extremely busy with inspections all over town including his new listing in Fremantle being a beautifully renovated terrace For Lease on High Street. I am just about to complete a BIG lease in Cockburn Central on Hammond Road and have listed 5 properties For Sale/Lease in the Jandakot Industrial Estate.
Dalena and Samantha have been that busy that they had a collision whilst they were both trying to photocopy documents. They were both very lucky to escape injury - only joking.
