Week 70 of the blog. What a lot of fun we’ve had allowing the public into our office to see how our dynamic little company works. The feedback has been fantastic and we’ve certainly added a lot of friends to De Freitas & Ryan.
It’s certainly been, “Another Big Week in Real Estate’ here at the cole face and even as I type this, Sam just called out to me that, Melita has just received an email advising that she has picked up another management this time in Bibra Lake. Our rental department is doing extremely well and with our new property condition reports arrival yesterday we’ll be able to do even better.
Our sales team have been busy and the results again excellent in what is considered by many to be a very tricky market. To be honest our team have been too busy to do anything else except get on with listing and selling, so it’s all good from where we sit.
Mig and I had a funny night last night. We had an old work colleague of ours catching up with us for a bite to eat in Freo, but before that we had to support a client of ours with their application for a change of use at the local council meeting. The application was successful and we headed off to Little Creatures for a great night out.
We are picking up another eight unit commercial strata this morning and Trav informed me that we have also just been appointed to lease and manage three large shops in Safety Bay. There is heaps more happening as well as we continue to build our business.
Time to start my one on ones with our reps, so I’ll catch you next week after “Another Big Week In Real Estate.’
