Can’t believe it’s Friday already but that’s what happens when we have those short weeks. We just added up that we currently have five properties under negotiation so it’s either going to be “Another Big (but short) Week In Real Estate’ or one big fizzer. Everyone’s confident of success but we’ll just wait and see and hold off the celebrations just yet.
Talking about celebrating, the Big Guy is back from those Pacific Islands and today’s his birthday so, “Well Done, Trav and please make sure there’s a slice left for me!’
Mig’s off to Sydney again on business or so he says but I seem to recall he was in Sydney this time last year and the year before and I’m starting to wonder if it is just a coincidence that the Mardi Gras is on this weekend.
Our business continues to be extremely busy and we are continuing to build. Dalena and I have just completed our monthly reports for February and we can’t believe the growth we are experiencing.
It’s a really interesting time watching the media at the moment and listening to all the so called experts telling us what is really going on out there. One minute we’re talking financial disasters or cyclones and the next minute they tell us we’re all very lucky, to be positive and everything will be alright.
We’ve had the solution at De Freitas & Ryan since day one and that’s just to stick to reading the sports pages (except if you live in Pakistan) and just get on with doing business as there is plenty of business out there.
I’m off to Scarborough to pick up a new listing with Rob so that means a drive along the beautiful coastline in the Camry and then it’s back to the office to try and get all these deals together.
