Short week this week but as our resident comedian, Peter Vinci said, “It’s Been a Short, Fat, Big Week In Real Estate,’ with lots and lots going on.
My day started at 5am with an attempt to complete our first newsletter for the year. Then off to Warnbro to show a unit we have for sale. Then off to East Rockingham to pick up some new business (three small factories). Then off to meet Miguel and Peter to see two new development sites close to the beach in Rockingham and then off to Bertram to check on a rental property for Nuno.
The phone in the office doesn’t stop ringing, we’re all busy and we are picking up some really fantastic new business in all divisions of our company.
Dalena has just completed End of Month where we forward all our management clients their cheques and statements. The growth in our business is amazing and a credit to our management staff.
Travis has just secured two new managements in Mandurah around the $200,000 mark and Melita has just leased two luxury new homes in Mt. Lawley. Nuno needs a bigger white board as he has leased an amazing number of properties this month. New managements are continuing to come our way and Nuno has a 3 o’çlock appointment today to pick up another two from a relation of an existing satisfied client.
Sales activity continues to be strong despite the press and we are also listing extremely well. Sam said to me last Saturday that we need a larger shop front as we now can’t fit all our properties in the window display. When we first moved into our new showroom back in November, we were only going to set up half the window and to be at the point we are now is quite amazing.
Princess Margaret Foundation is also sharing in our success as every time we sell or lease a property, part of the proceeds are directed to them and believe me, there has been a lot going on.
Busy day and busy weekend ahead so I’ll get on with it and you’ll hear from me again after what is sure to be, “Another Big Week in Real Estate’.
