Yes, “It’s Been Another Big Week In Real Estate’. We’re all extremely busy and really enjoying our new home here in North Lake Road. New business continues to come in the door and it’s all pretty exciting.
We’ve had some excellent results this week and there is a lot of positive things happening for us. Our new sales lady, Tanya, has settled in well and seems to be really enjoying her new home.
Bill’s back from up north (he really has the life that man) and is busy with his House and Land packages.
Migs has just sold a storage unit to the Williams family and he was worried their van wouldn’t fit in. After seeing the size of this beautiful big thing, I can understand Mig’s concerns but as you can see from the photos below, there was room to spare.
Sounds like the new President’s slogan (Yes We Can) and while we’re on that subject, we wish him all the best as he tries to make it a better world for us all.
Better lighten up a bit I guess so I’ll talk about our Property Management side of things for a minute. I’ve just helped Sam place 5 new residential properties on the website for lease after picking up 5 new properties this week. Hilton, Coogee, Baldivis, Fremantle, South Lake and Bertram. Sorry that’s 6 but anyway after our efforts last week, word is that Nuno, our Property Manager wants us to buy a De Freitas & Ryan helicopter so we can cover all our new business.
We’ve just picked up some fantastic office space in St. George’s Terrace and I’m off into Colin Street, West Perth in a minute to pick up some more. I just need to round up Rob and Trav which means with those two big guys, I have to sit in the back. Maybe we should think about that chopper.
Lots of “Open for Inspections’ this weekend and hopefully lots of sales so we can finish off January with a smile on our faces. It’s pretty tough out there in the marketplace at the moment but I’m pleased to say our people are doing really well.
Have a great Australia Day weekend. We’re all off to Coco’s to watch the fireworks in what is a beautiful night here in Perth.
