It certainly has been another big week in Real Estate with everyone going about their business listing and selling properties and business’s while our wonderful admin and property management staff continue to "jump through hoops" in order to keep our clients happy and their investments maximising their returns.
- I can still remember my first day at school
It’s been over fifty years since my first day at school but I still remember it quite vividly. Well this week it was my young grandsons turn and he fronted up at South Coogee Primary full of excitement. I told him that his whole family was very proud of him and that even though I was a lot older than him, I was on my way to "school" as well, as we have training every Wednesday morning. He’s a great kid and will do well.
- Schools in at De Freitas & Ryan
As they say we’re always learning and a major reason for our companies success is the on-going training we all receive here at the "coal face" of real Estate in WA.
- What are these bolts for?
When it comes to putting desks and shelving together there is no worse "tradespeople" than those at De Freitas and Ryan. Now big Trav and young James did their best to put those wonderful shelves together up at our new Perth office, but they are still trying to work out how come they still have quite a few bolts left over. Anyway they have the office working well and business is starting to come in the door, so it’s just a matter of time before those shelves get heavy with files and maybe then we’ll find out where those bolts were from.
- It’s advertising time
It has been an exciting time in January with us getting all our new advertising in place and thanks to Trina and Miguel it’s all coming together brilliantly.
It’s very busy in here this morning with Robbo completing a sale in Yangebup, Tony doing a deal in Canning Vale and two new landlords requiring our Property Management services.
