Well the footy’s all done and dusted for another year, however, our dynamic sales team continues to kick goals in all divisions of our company.

While he’s looking after the day to day business activities of our company “Migi the Marvel” is out there “strutting his stuff” and busier than ever. Just this week he’s sold a commercial property in Jandakot for $1,452,000, backed up by a home in Hamilton Hill for $401,500, a home in Jandakot for $570,000 and an apartment off the plan in South Beach will be wrapped up this afternoon. Oh, and he’s listed 9, yes 9 properties this week.

Our wonderful trust account manager, Lee Cochrane has a huge responsibility in looking after just short of 1300 clients, so it’s amazing that she ever finds times to do anything else. But surprise, surprise, this quiet achiever, extremely dedicated lady, still holds two Western Australian Game Fishing State Titles. Our commercial property manager Alana Rawlings needs to ensure all our valued clients are insured, so as a result we deal with the best in the business, that being Knight Management Services. Now while we’re on the subject of royalty, one of our senior sales representatives informed me that he can’t make our sales meeting on Thursday the 27th of October. I informed him in no uncertain terms that our sales meetings were “not negotiable” and his eyes filled with tears. He then said "OK Rod, but I’ve been invited to meet Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh at Government House". I informed him that, that would be O.K so long as he did his best to list Government House for sale while he was there. It’s all a bit of fun this real estate.
