This place is unbelievable, one week before Christmas, our last blog for the year and it’s still all happening. I just had my dear old mum on the phone making sure I’m behaving myself and I had to explain to her it’s just too busy here at work to be getting up to any mischief. Yes, that’s right the sales and leasings are all “still a happening” and there is plenty of them.
Big Trav, Rocky and Grahame all kicked a goal yesterday and it seems there will be more “bell ringing” today as we’re dealing with quite a few offers at the moment. I’m listing a beauty in North Lake tonight, Katherine has just picked up a “ripper” in Success and so on it goes.

- Thumbs Up For 2010
Mig has had a few problems with his fingers of late, however there was no problem in joining yours truly for a thumbs up for 2010. A great year for our business and we’re ready to go for 2011 which is already shaping up to be a “monster year” for our young team. Watch this space as we’re determined to achieve our goal of becoming Western Australia’s premier Real Estate agency.

- Portuguese Invasion
Now we known that Christmas is nearly here and we know that means it’s a special time for family, so it’s really great that some of Miguel’s family members dropped in to see him. Sister Sonia, Brother in Law Frank and the two nephews, Jacob and Jared all the way from Sydney. There will be plenty of joy and celebration at the De Freitas household this year as they really know how to enjoy themselves.

- Why go and spoil it all, Mig?
Unfortunately for Mig he is marrying into a family of Collingwood supporters, so future Father in Law, Glenn (himself a former player with the famous black and white) will be delighted with the special 2010 premiership memento Migi has painfully bought Glen for Christmas.

- Stop eating chocolates.
Now some of the crew have resorted to sampling the ‘nibblies’ that have been finding their way into the office this last week or so. So whilst I was looking for some answers in regards to a Trust Account issue, I stumbled across some of the crew hiding down the back sampling the goodies.

- We hope to clean up next year.
We are so fortunate to have some wonderful people here and everyone is raring to go in 2011.
All of us here at De Freitas & Ryan would like to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a super happy and prosperous 2011 and thank you all for being part of our company throughout the year.
Merry Christmas.
