HO HO HO It’s been another big week in Real Estate as we race towards Christmas. There is a lot going on including Christmas parties, however the team are really focused and doing some excellent work.

Adrian is all excited about a beautiful character home he has just listed in Fremantle. Built in 1930 with high ceilings, open fire places, this wonderful property priced at $795,000 is a real beauty.
- Stop Pointing The Finger Mig
Now our man “Migi The Marvel” has been doing some house renovations lately, however someone should have told him to stick to selling Real Estate, as he nearly cut his finger clean off the other day. Yes you really have to HAND it to our man Mig as even though he’s just been released from Murdoch Hospital he’s here in the office putting deals together.
- Dalena With “New Girl” Siobhan
We are pleased to have our new Trust Manager Siobhan on board and with a little help from “Brains Trust” she’ll be on top of things in no time. We have an excellent portfolio of Residential, Commercial and Strata clients and we value and look after them very much.
Now Rob has just informed me he did a deal today and “El Presidente” Tony Romano is all smiles as he “leans” into my office to tell me he’s also just wrapped another one up.
- Your Not Santa
Dalena is proud of our new Christmas tree and yes there’s plenty going on.
Our Residential Rental Department are extremely busy as always and have being leasing a lot of property. They are also busy with a lot of people vacating at this time of the year, however we’ll all be able to put our feet up over Christmas and have a well earned break.
Must go as I’ve got to put about 5 new listings on the internet, so we’ll catch you again next week after another big week in Real Estate.
