Well I’ve just been over our two previous blogs and it appears while I’ve been on leave that things have been going along really nicely. The Quiz night was a real success with the De Freitas & Ryan Team coming in about 14th out of 17, so it appears we’ve improved from our position of last, last year.
Thanks to “Migi the Marvel” for “Braining” them whilst I was enjoying the wonders of Asia.

My wife Melita was nearly arrested for having too good a time, however now it’s back to work for both of us, oh well almost.
- Don’t Give Up Mig
While I was away Migi lashed out and bought the “new beaut” phone come computer come “wiz bang” problem solving machine- the only problem is he doesn’t know how to make or receive phone calls so I can see this thing becoming a “Frisbee” any moment .
We’ve had some fantastic results, in what has certainly been “Another big week in Real Estate”. Travs just done a big lease in Central Freo, Tony’s just knocked off another one in Aubin Grove, Migs just sold another factory unit on Hammond Road, Tanya’s listed a piece of paradise in Baldivis, Mark’s just sold a five acre lot in Oakford and Robbo has just collected a commission cheque that would choke a horse.
Everyone is busy, busy, busy and things seem to be continually building for us. There are good news stories all around, where our clients are referring more and more people to us as they are impressed with the way we do business. Our Residential Management, thanks to Nuno and the team, is going from strength to strength and it was great to have our General Manager back in the office last Saturday, just to oversee everything. Dalena was most impressed with the growth in our business since she disappeared into baby land some five months ago. Hurry “back brains trust” we need you.
- Rocky Going Bananas At Lunch Time
He’s a character our Rocky Balboa, but he knows when to get serious. He’s been doing extremely well and as a result he’s traded in his “old jag” for a beautiful De Freitas & Ryan blue new statesman. Rocky reckons that “Presidente” Tony Romano will look just fine being chauffeured around in the back of his new Limousine on his way to appointments and meetings etc.

Things are busy in here this afternoon, so I better sign off now, except to say how much I missed being around all the wonderful characters we are fortunate to have assembled at De Freitas & Ryan over the past three years. Holidays are great, but being a part of this go, go, go dynamic business is really amazing.
