It’s been another big week in Real Estate; it started off well with Grahame, our latest recruit, listing a Leased Investment @ 4 / 4 Bakewell Drive Port Kennedy that will run out the door.
Sir Milton Coombe, as he is now known to his friends, has just listed a superb quality renovated family home in Willetton as well as knocking off two big sales over $2 Million dollars.

Not letting Milton take all the limelight, Tony the Politician Romano, has been on fire listing properties all over town and even leasing a Warehouse in Jandakot and an Office in Fremantle.

Travis, our Big American, is still recovering from being jetlagged, he has also just knocked off two Commercial sites in Cockburn Central.
Nuno, our man they just can’t say No No to, just told me that they have also been busy leasing 8 residential properties including a ripper which one of my clients gave us only last Friday.

Our admin staff have been kept on their toes with our new phone system which is already working to capacity and our new website that just looks the part.
We are looking forward to our Quiz night at St. Jeromes tomorrow evening which is a fundraiser for the Fremantle Spirit and Beeliar Spirit Soccer Club in which last year we ran in at last place (due to Rod being on the team). We have a lot to prove and surely cannot do any worse than our effort last year.
Next week is looming as even a bigger week as we have a few big deals coming together where we will leave our competition in our wake.
