It’s been another big week in Real Estate; as a matter of fact it’s been another big month in Real Estate. We are also confident it’s going to be another big year for the Fremantle Spirit Soccer Club. As major sponsors we are thrilled with our association with such a fine group of people.

For the past three years our Business has grown to the extent that we’ve had to go up a few sizes in some areas. A new showroom, larger computer system, larger payroll and now a larger, much, much larger “whiz bang” phone system.
Our man Rocky “Balboa” was a bit disappointed with the recent Danny Green fight. Rock said, “That kind of thing would never have happened when he was king of the world fighting Appolo Creed”. But these days Rocky isn’t fighting for a living he’s selling lots and lots of Real Estate.

It’s great having our team all back together again and August is already set up to be a “cracker” of a month. I know there’s an election on and all, but we’re all that busy we’ll be lucky to get time to vote.
Our rental department is really humming at the moment as our management continues to build. It’s a lot of hard work but it’s very enjoyable and very satisfying. Our new man Grahame Files has proved a great asset as he has been helping our leasing division and really being of great assistance.

Listings are coming in at a steady rate and we seem to become more and more consistent as our reputation becomes more wide spread. We must be doing something right as our opposition continues to try and poach our staff, however all that does is keep Migi and I on our toes and making sure our performance is up to speed.
