It’s been a big week in Real Estate with our new arrival Mr Grahame Files reporting for duty. We’re thrilled to have Grahame join our sales & leasing force and he’s hit the ground running with lots of things happening already.

Robo has flown out of the blocks for the start of the new financial year with a million dollar sale as well as leasing “The Big Unit” (468sqm) in Kardinya and listing a superb home in Atwell at $699,000. Corey boy says he’s going to sell the one in Atwell today, but who knows.
Gary Ablett is not in a good mood as he’s just had the finance fall through on one of his sales, so best we keep our distance.
The office has only just recovered from the laughter earlier in the week when we received our Local Community Paper. We had a big splash about our 3rdbirthday, the only problem being the printer must have been on the “turps” and completely destroyed our ad. I need all the help I can get in the looks department but the printers absolutely ruined me. Anyway s..t happens but I believe we might have frightened quite a few people.

The sky is “as black as” and our resident weather men Mark & Rob are trying to assess the future hail that’s in that black ugly sky.

Our Tanya has settled in quite well after her amazing European holiday. With the Portuguese man of war Nuno Ouro being on a week’s break, Tanya has jumped in and assisted our rental department which has been run of its feet.
- Love Women In Uniform
Paula, our receptionist Ashleigh’s mum, (She looks more like her sister) works for Workforce Clothing and we thought it was about time we revamped our office uniform. So right on 9 O’clock Paula fronted up with all the gear for us to look at. “All’s Good” so we should be all dressed up with somewhere to go within a few weeks.
It’s all good here at the moment. Everyone is really busy and our figures are excellent. June was an exceptional month for us and July appears to be heading in the same direction.
The heavens have just opened up so I better organise our guys to get out and do some letter box dropping. (Only Joking)
We’re all looking forward to our new website being launched (It was supposed to be today), and our new six page local paper advertising format beginning, but it all seems to be taking more time than first thought. Anyway so long as we keep moving forward the way we’ve been going, I’m happy.
