It certainly has been a big week in Real Estate. Quite frankly it’s been that big I don’t know where to start. Well maybe last Saturday nights as good a place as any.
Some of us ventured out to watch a fantastic game of Rugby League and saw South Sydney just get home over the Melbourne Storm. Then we had to put up with all the tears later in the week when the Portuguese sausages departed the World Cup thanks to the Germans.
Our wonderful neighbours at Cleopatra’s Temple are having a special promotion and part of their marketing is having a large balloon on their roof.
Never to be out done, our girls decided to get a few balloons our self, so there you go. Happy 3rd Anniversary.
Yes, it’s been a wonderful three years in business and "Migi the Marvel" and I are really appreciative of all the support we’ve received from the public, our staff, friends and family. The best thing is we are really only getting started as we’ve decided to put the foot down and really get serious.
People out there like the way we do business and Real Estate people are keen to be part of our young dynamic company. Just this morning Mig and I had a meeting with a highly credentialed Real Estate man who has approached us to become part of our team. As a result Graham Files will be joining our company next week and we are confident Grahams appointment will ad further strength to our Commercial division. Mig tells me we’ve had another approach form a top flight Residential salesperson, so here comes another interview and possible new appointment.
Thrilled to hear from our Tanya this morning and even more thrilled that their European holiday was 10 out of 10. Thanks Mr Gorbachev for looking after our girl and now it’s back to selling lots of "castles" here in Australia.
Didn’t take long for Mark Wilson to become part of the "success culture" at De Freitas & Ryan. It’s hard work but it’s also rewarding when you are in the right company amongst top flight people.
Well Migi and I have been extremely busy and we’ve also had all the Birthday celebrations and end of financial year matters to contend with.
Our sales force has decided it’s time to take the Business to another level and as a result we are now expanding our local paper advertising to six pages instead of four. I’ve got so much to report but I really do have to go.
We’ll catch you again next week after Another Big Week In Real Estate.

P.S
Robo put his hand up at a fund raiser auction for the local Cockburn Warriors Football Club last night and as a result we have a fantastic new addition to our board room. Let’s face it, it’s going to be either big Sandy or Barlow who are going to win the Brownlow and Freo are certainties for the flag, so we believe this is an excellent investment.
