My little mate “Migi the Marvel” walked into my office last night, handed me a bunch of files and said “Sorry mate I’ve been a bit slack” .
Each day I enter the transactions that our sales and leasing boys and girls complete and what Mig was meaning was that he hadn’t been giving me the files. This morning I arrived at the office early and the first thing I did was to pick up those files and write up the transactions. It didn’t take me long to realize that “Slack Mig” had done a total of seven transactions in the last week and is it any wonder why his colleagues refer to him as “Migi the Marvel” .
Spoke to Tony on Wednesday morning, the only problem was that he wasn’t home in Spearwood, he was in bed in London. Sorry about that mate I got my dates mixed up. Anyway we’ll see you next Wednesday and it will be good have you back.
Rob’s just sold one for $950,000 which he only listed this week and everyone (that is everyone who is here and not in London, Paris, Las Vegas, Bali or Margret River) is really busy.
It’s our end of month on the residential side of things and well done Nuno on another great result. Backed up by the Italian and Birdman we’ve excelled yet again.
Lots of paperwork to do, so I better get on with it.
