Meetings, meetings and more meetings. Yes, it’s been another big week in Real Estate here at De Freitas & Ryan. I was talking to a good mate of mine in the Real Estate business here in Perth and he was complaining about how quiet it is. I didn’t want to say too much as he would of thought I was “having a go” at him. If he reads our blogs he’s probably not going to be impressed, but boy oh boy are we busy.
We’ve had some real “highs” this week and some real “lows” however, when I work at the overall performance we have had not just an extremely busy week but a very successful one as well. It’s amusing listening to our Politian’s at the moment and it is really of great concern when you realize that these people are the one’s entrusted to actually run the country. Anyway stick to the sports pages as they say and you can’t go wrong.
Everybody is going on holidays. Well not everybody, but our Tanya and her man Gorbachov are heading off to Europe and aren’t we all jealous. She’s a fine lady our Tanya and she’s so excited and everyone is excited for her.
I’ve just listed a little beauty in Wellard at $429,000 and I’m listing one in Freo on Monday at $600,000 and a shop for lease in Hamilton Hill later today. Maybe If I’m a good boy “Migi the Marvel” might let me go on holidays too.
I’ve been playing accountant a bit lately and I must say it’s been quite enjoyable. Mig and I are getting better and better at running the business and I can’t wait for the end of June so we can do all our measuring and comparisons. The financial year has been exceptional and satisfying in many ways.
Anyway, mustn’t get too excited about myself. Plenty of work to do and lots of fun to have so we’ll catch you again next week after Another Big Week In Real Estate.
