Looks like our boy Rocky Balboa might be right. Our “Sales Force” has been performing extremely well this week with some excellent results on the board.
Big Trav is confident of wrapping up another two today and yes we’re all busy. Tanya’s been a really busy lady as well and if she keeps on performing like this her man “Gorbachev’ may be able to retire.
I mentioned last week that it was 9 years ago that I moved across to the “Promise Land” and recommenced my Real Estate career here in Perth. What I didn’t say was that I drove my ute over the Nullabor full of hope and ambition and I’m pleased to be able to say that not only have I still got the old ute, but I still have the other ingredients as well. Robo’s been a busy boy and looks like selling a house in Bibra Lake today in between moving into his own new home. Congratulations Rob but don’t forget to give me my ute back.
Last Saturday morning our Samantha decided to clean out the freezer here at the office. Some time ago my mate “Stevey the Fisherman” brought me in a few prawns which I’d put in that freezer. Someone must have decided to remove them without me knowing about it. Anyway, on Saturday Samantha told me that I had to take them home as they were taking up too much room. I said I wasn’t going straight home so she could have them. Samantha didn’t want them so young Ash scored some prawns that day. On Monday night Migi went to take home his $50 bag of prawns he bought last Friday and guess what – they had disappeared. Sorry about that Mig, but Ash did enjoy “those old prawns” though.
Mig and I are interviewing a chap tonight who we think may fit the bill as his “side kick” , so fingers crossed. Melita’s been in Melbourne doing some shopping and I’ve been trying out all the local takeaway food places. Our rental department continues to build and yes it’s all pretty exciting stuff.
