It was all fun and games yesterday, two big auctions; one at 11am, one at 12 noon. We didn’t do too bad. We knocked off the first one at $1,650,000 plus GST and we are currently negotiating with two buyers on the other at just over the $2,000,000 mark. We’ll most likely do the deal today which will start the month of April off for us in style.
We’d only just put the sold sticker on when Mig took a call from another Albany Highway property owner who wanted to meet up with us to discuss selling his property.
Well our General Manager, Dalena has “dropped the bundle” in the nicest possible way and Big Trav is as proud as punch with the arrival of Nathaniel Buddy Lindstrom. All 53cm and 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Big Trav has already earmarked young Lindstrom as a future basketball champ and it’s interesting to note that his initials are NBL. Congratulations Trav and Dalena, it doesn’t get better than this.
We’ve done some amazing Real Estate recently and our team are getting stronger and stronger. I just had a call from a lady complaining about our service and criticizing our man Gary Ablett for not being too competent with his job. Then she burst out laughing and said “my son put me up to this as an April Fools’ joke for his boss” .
Now talking about April Fools’ Day, it’s the “Italians’ 21st Birthday today and she’s been that busy with appointments we’ve had trouble pinning her down for a piece of that Birthday cake. Happy Birthday Melita and thanks for all your help with our business. You’ve been fantastic!
Anyway, time to go as we’re all trying to sneak off early and grab a well earned Easter break.
