It’s been “Another Big Week in Real Estate’ here at De Freitas & Ryan. In actual fact, it’s been a huge week with sales being made, sales falling over and then being sold again, homes, factories and warehouses being leased and meetings and meetings and meetings and meetings.
It’s coming to the point that we will soon have to have a meeting to organise our meetings. As you can tell I’m exhausted today, but it’s all good fun and great being part of such a young, dynamic organization.
In our Commercial meeting this week, yes that’s right another meeting, we added up so far for the month of March, and that was last Tuesday the 23rd, that we had made 21 transactions just in our Commercial division alone. So I guess I have good reason for being a little worn out.
Migi “the Marvel” and I were in Fremantle this morning having a pre-auction meeting with some clients regarding one of our big Commercial auctions next Wednesday. All very pleasant and it looks like Supa Cheap Auto on Albany Highway might be a really interesting auction. We’ve got another large commercial auction next Wednesday as well so yes it looks like being “Another Big Week in Real Estate’ next week.
Even the circus is coming to town in Cockburn Central. There are also lots of new signs going up telling us we have cafés, restaurants, shops and offices all being built up the road from our office. How exciting! Not only that but we will be putting up some new signs ourselves as we’ve just listed a big Commercial/Residential auction in Cockburn Central scheduled for the 12th of May.
Well we did warn you about the circus and sure enough the clowns have arrived already. Actually, Gary Ablett looks rather good in that get up but I’m having trouble recognizing the Indian wearing glasses in the back.
We are very, very busy again today and the market continues to build. I’ll catch you again next week after we’ve knocked off our two big Albany Highway auctions and hopefully kicked a few more goals.
