I’ve never seen people get so excited over a vacuum cleaner. Our sales team has been cleaning up a bit lately so we thought we’d put our hand in the old pocket and drag out some spendoolies and buy our girls the top of the range Dyson vacuum cleaner. Well I must say the office does come up pretty good after a good vac so well done girls.
It’s really quiet in here. Some of our people are off today (But we know Sir Milton will be here making a sale as its Friday again) some with the flu, some having a well deserved day off and some entertaining friends and family from interstate.
Migs just walked in, or should I say blew in and changed all that. He’s wrapping up a sale at 11am (10 minutes time) and he’s listing a beauty in Fremantle at 12:30 and he needs me to come with him to hold his hand.
Rob’s getting the footy tipping organised for our office competition and Pete’s going bananas.
Now our illustrious lead Migi is all excited because he and Tony Romano have listed a prime site in Cockburn Central for Auction. They’ve had the “Pole” photographer out to the site and you have city and ocean views from 20 meters up.
Now talking about ocean views the Italian and I were down in beautiful Fremantle on Sunday morning and we couldn’t help but notice this beautiful big ship in the Harbour. It’s a very special place is our Freo and it’s even more special when the Queen Mary comes to town.
Anyway got to rush off now and get ready to list this one in Freo and two more this afternoon.
