Our new boy, Tony Romano has hit the ground running and is making our already “flat out” Sales Team even busier. There is so much going on in the City of Cockburn and the horizon ahead is full of new developments and busy times for those of us in “pole position” .
Sir Milton Coombe has Friday off, or at least he’s supposed to. The joke is he hasn’t had a Friday off for months as he seems to make all his sales that day. He’s sold about 7 properties in the last four or five weeks and yet they all seem to happen on his day off. Today he is wrapping up another two, one in Mandurah and one in Orelia. The good news is Milt, you can do it in your shorts as it’s going to be 39Ëš today.
Our resident Grandma couldn’t avoid old Father Time any longer and has had to fall in line with the rest of us Senior Citizens and make a spectacle of herself. Here she is with our beautiful Granddaughter Taleyah, having a few minutes break from the day to day duties of a busy Property Manager.
Well it was Birthday time again this week and Tanya’s husband “President Gorbachev” has ruined all us guys by having a florist shop delivered to our office. We all love her too you know and we enjoyed a slice of that beautiful cake. Our young trainee has hit the big 17 so many happy returns to our Francine.
Everyone who’s here is extremely busy and the sales and lettings have been excellent again this week.
Nuno has returned from a few days off with the “Man Flu’ and he’s hiding in his office as he’s spread it to a lot of his co-workers and they’re not too impressed. Robo’s saying he’s not well and may go home but we think he might be keen to get in that pool of his, as let’s face it, it’s 39Ëš out there.
We have some really good things happening at De Freitas & Ryan. We’re currently in talks with another agent regarding purchasing their business. We have just been approached by a really impressive chap who wants to join our Sales Team and we are continuing to build our business as our people grow and grow and grow.
Lots to do, so I better be off. I have three reps waiting to see me and I know it’s all about changing our local paper content because they’ve all listed new properties.
