Gee we’re busy. This time last week Mig & I were up in sunny, windy Geraldton checking out the Real Estate scene along with one of our major clients. We were really pleased with our little “sojourn” and gained quite a lot of knowledge in a short period of time. A number of our clients have considerable holdings in Geraldton so we need to be acquainted with what’s going on with the town and the market.
Now our man, Ash McCormick is the coach of State Basketball League team the Kalamunda Eastern Suns and here he is on the sidelines coaching as one of his 7’ giants, Justin Brown, slam dunks another one during the SBL “Pre-Season Blitz” .
On the subject of slam dunks, we’ve been doing quite a lot of point scoring here ourselves. Last Wednesday we slammed home in excess of 5 million dollars worth of Real Estate and after a great start to March we are well on the way to another outstanding month in what will be a stunning first quarter of 2010. Well done to all our team as we continue to go forward building our business and our reputation.
Well big Trav has hit the big 33 and Dalena is about to be a part of another very special birthday. As maternity leave finally arrives we all wish our beautiful Dalena a wonderful few months ahead and hope we can talk her into having a crèche installed in her office so we can have her back real soon.
Had one of our former work colleagues, Clivey Cass in to see me this week and Migs and I are headed off into Freo to catch up with another former colleague, Stevey the Fisherman. Both great guys and we’ve enjoyed many good times together both in business and socially.
The Real Estate market continues to gain strength and we’re all working hard and enjoying the ride.
And guess who just came into visit his Dad? Yes, the Jettman and Valley have just arrived with Robbo’s lunch and I’ve got to get a move on otherwise my mate, Stevey will think I’m a no-show.
