Short month this month of February. It kind of sneaks up on you really quickly and the next thing you know you’re in March and heading for Easter eggs in April.
This week has been a highly successful one and yes it’s been “Another Big Week In Real Estate’. Mig & I know all about Facebook and Twitter thanks to an excellent course run by Charlie Gunningham of REIWA Learning and our I.T. boys and girls have already got our business plan in place to further grow our business via these relatively new mediums. Yes, it’s exciting stuff!
Apologies to those people who live in Barclay Road, Kardinya. We had a huge crowd at our auction last Saturday (Mig thinks they all came to see him) and we caused a bit of a traffic jam. Anyway it was a great success and congratulations to all concerned with the property selling for $582,000.
Mig & I have had more REIWA Learning courses again this week and on top of that we had to fly up to Geraldton for a few days to assist one of our major clients with some real estate dealings. No, it’s never boring at De Freitas & Ryan and it never, ever, ever stops.
The 22nd of February will now become a special date at De Freitas & Ryan as it’s a shared Birthday for two of our new arrivals in Tony Romano and Ashley McCormick. Love that cake and Happy Birthday boys.
Congratulations to our residential rental team for their record breaking month in January. We’ve leased truckloads of homes, units and apartments and it’s all good. Special mention to young Jason (Melita’s adopted son) as he has grown so much in the job and is fast becoming a real asset to our company.
Our new arrivals Rhiannon, Ashley and Tony are all settling in well and I think they’re all a bit “shell shocked” as to how “powerful” this business is. Our new trainee, Francine, seems to be loving it here as well and yes it’s all go, go, go!
