It’s really, really busy in here today but then again it’s really, really busy in here every day. This week would have to be one of the most pleasing weeks Miguel and I have had in the business as we’ve had some really good meetings with some top line Real Estate people who are keen to join our team at De Freitas & Ryan.
Talking about our ranks at De Freitas & Ryan swelling, we’ve all been noticing a change in our General Manager, Dalena lately so we thought we’d gone long enough without telling everyone the fabulous news. Travis is nervous about the upcoming event but Miguel and I are scared stiff at how we’re going to get by without “Brains Trust’.

Another year younger is our Milton and he’s all excited at selling a big one on five acres for just under a million dollars. So excited that he even bought his own cake. Happy Birthday, mate and thanks for all the assistance and experience you pass onto all your team members.
- Lunch Time Conversation at De Freitas & Ryan
I had a wonderful surprise today when one of my oldest and dearest friends, Frank Cirone dropped in to see me. Frank and I worked in Real Estate together for about twenty years back in Melbourne and I still rate Miguel and Frank as the best operators I’ve seen (except for myself, of course).
Frank is on business in Perth this week and it’s been great to catch up. Frank, a very proud Italian, gave me the thumbs up with my choice of women. I can’t tell you, Frank, how good it is to see you and I’m looking forward to Sunday lunch.
I just noticed I haven’t put all our sales up on the board for February so I better get myself into gear.
I’d like to thank all those people who have commended us on our “Year of the Bunny’ newsletter. We have a lot of fun here but we also know when to get serious.
