It’s been a short week but “Another Big Week In Real Estate’ Lots and lots of press about interest, housing shortages, etc.. and I just keep on telling our team to stick to watching the tennis and only read the sports pages. Yes, we are extremely busy and the office is really “humming’.

We have had a lot of success this week with both listing and selling and our team is getting stronger and stronger. Gary Stacey has just joined our company and seems to be settling in well. He’s hit the ground running and is excited about his new career opportunity at De Freitas & Ryan.

I just noticed that our boy, Rocky Balboa is signing up a deal in the background of Gary’s photo. Hope that’s ok Rock, as I wouldn’t want any arguments with a “world champion’ salesperson.

Our man, Sir Milton Coombe arrived back safe and well from New Zealand and it didn’t take him too long to “get back in the saddle’. He’s a real go-er is our Milton and he’s quickly becoming a very, very good Real Estate man.

There is a lot of paperwork involved with our Business Brokerage side of the business but it’s all good stuff. It’s an exciting addition to our company, our new Brokerage division and I’m really proud of Pete’s efforts in this area.

As I’m typing this blog, I can hear all the activity that’s going on in our office. People signing leases, people paying deposits on house sales, people buying factory units, people three deep at our front counter, people looking in our window, Tanya doing a little dance in my office (better not let Mr. Gorbatrov know that) as she’s all excited with her new listing in St. Paul’s Estate, and yes, it’s all go, go, go here at the coal face of Real Estate in W.A.

I’ve got a newsletter to get published this afternoon as well as a meeting with Miguel regarding the pricing of some new sub divisional land so I better close off now. Thanks to all those people out there who are supporting our company as you can tell, I’m really excited with being part of such a dynamic, young organisation.
