It’s been a big week in Real Estate again this week and it’s hard to find the time to keep up with everything that’s going on. And believe me there’s been plenty going on.
I had a rather serious phone call last night from the Manager of the Gateway Shopping Centre in Cockburn Central informing me that his business owners were not at all impressed by the fact that De Freitas & Ryan Commercial were Auctioning all their properties without them knowing anything about it.
After a bit of sorting out it became apparent that our sign people had placed our Auction sign on the wrong site and we needed to get it moved ASAP. So if you were driving down Beeliar Drive about 8:00pm last night you might have seen a couple of De Freitas & Ryan reps with drills and hammers in hand.
Meilta and I just picked up a beautiful new Townhouse for lease in Fremantle this morning and it appears we have interest in it already.
Melita and Jason are picking up another new property at 2:00pm today. It’s really satisfying building up our client base especially when it’s through recommendation.
Unfortunately Sir Milton Coombe had to fly back to his native New Zealand due to a sad loss of a family member. We’re all thinking of you especially today mate.
Our new Commercial Property manager Ashley is fitting in really well and all is going well (that’s a big statement when you consider he’s about seven foot tall) and all is going well in that side of the business. We have leased quiet a number of Commercial Properties already this year and it doesn’t look like slowing down.
Next week sees arrival of our newest “Recruit” and we are excited at having another new Residential Sales Representative joining the team. Our Residential sales team is building and building and we’re thrilled to have someone of Garry’s experience and calibre joining us. More about Garry next week.
