’It’s Been A Big Week In Real Estate’ here at the “Coal Face’ of Real Estate in Western Australia. Pretty much everyone is back in full swing and surprisingly we are all extremely busy.
Again this week, we’ve had some excellent results but the real action has been with our Residential Property Management.
We have leased a huge amount of property this week and properties have been leasing as soon as we have placed them “on the books’. Our Rental Department runs extremely efficiently and I’m very proud of the way in which our dedicated staff go about building our business.
Rob has hit the training track and is keen to “have a kick of the footy’ this year after a few seasons in the grandstands. One of his best mates is arriving from Melbourne over the next few days and he and Rob are both keen to team up again in one of the local sides.
If Rob can kick as many goals as he does in his business he should do quite well. The legs are a bit sore and the back’s a bit stiff but what else would you expect after all those first training night 200 meter sprints.
We’ve picked up some fantastic new listings this week and believe it or not we are close on putting away a few deals in Geraldton. Yes, it’s all happening and we are on course for an excellent start to 2010.
It’s been smiles all round this week as it’s our quarterly payout of our company profit sharing scheme. These cheques are getting bigger and bigger and very well received by our dedicated team members.
Time to go as I’ve got to get organised for what is going to be a big weekend.
