Last blog for 2009 in what has “Been A Big Year in Real Estate” . We’ve had a ball this week getting ourselves all ready for the start of 2010 and in between all that there’s been a hell of a lot of business going on.
Rob’s just sold another one, listed another house, leased a showroom and yet, all he wants to do at the moment is fix his beloved bike trailer. Trav’s had a big deal but he won’t let me talk about it and everyone is still busy with listing and selling.
We have a new Commercial Property Manager starting with us in January which has meant we’ve had to make some changes to our office. So what does Mig do? – He’s just about rebuilt the place. Anyway, I must admit he’s doing a good job even if it meant the whole staff going home with a headache from all the drilling and banging noise. It’s enough to drive you to drink.
Talking about drink, we are fortunate in having some “Wonderful Friends of De Freitas & Ryan’ and in this case, Ãt’s our good friend, Dave Tomasi of Ocean’s Estate at Margaret River replenishing the supplies of gifts for our clients.
Mig got me all fired up with the renovation so I thought I’d get up on the verandah and remove a few cobwebs. We plan on reaching great heights next year so I thought I should start getting acclimatized.
2009 has been a wonderful year for our company. Our business has grown in all divisions and our base has become more and more solid. Mig & I are thrilled with the direction our company is heading and we are keen to face the challenges that will undoubtedly arise in 2010 (as in every year).
Having said that, we have positioned ourselves well to be able to offer improved service by continually improving our individual performances. It will be a most interesting year 2010, I assure you.

Thanks to the families of our staff who are most understandable and thanks to our advertising, printers, IT people, sign people, etc”¦ who help us put together what we believe is the best Real Estate service in the business.
