Our Rental Department is extremely busy and Jason can’t even get time to have lunch, so he’s got his own “stash’ of pineapple and watermelon to see him through. We’ve got a lot of people moving in and moving out at this time of the year, plus we’ve picked up quite a few new managements so it’s all go,go,go.

Rocky’s had “Another Big Week In Real Estate’ seemingly selling and leasing at will. It must be the fruit and veggies that keep him so sharp or is it the motivation he receives by reading his favourite magazine, “Famous’.
We’ve sold some superb property this week and we’ve got some excellent listings coming on board in January. Properties are selling really well and for the right prices so it looks like 2010 is going to be big.
I just had a call from a lady in the Pilbara who owns a property down here and she wants us to manage it for her. No, it never stops but that’s the way we like it.
