Ho, ho, ho It’s Been A Big Week In Real Estate at De Freitas & Ryan. Yes, Christmas is just around the corner and even with all the distractions that, that brings we are all extremely busy.
“Leonardo” Peter Vinci listed a Freo café on Friday last week and wrapped it up on Monday, Corey’s bobbed up with another few in Hammond Park, Migi’s gone “nuts” again this week and everyone has contributed in a big way right across the board in all divisions of our company. Nuno is going to be happy when he sees the figures on his return from holidays and Trav has been in the office more than he usually is even though he’s supposed to be on holidays. But I guess wrapping up a $890,000 deal is worth coming in for.
Now last Saturday when I should have been working I escorted my wife to the Railway Stakes Race Meeting at Ascot here in Perth. We had a wonderful (and I might say highly successful) day with a lovely group of friends, with the highlight being us all sharing in the “supa doopa” quadrella. There was a lot of excitement when our “professional punter” Laurie got to divide all the winnings after the final race of the day. It was a great day and we’ll all definately be back next year. After all how could we afford not to.
Malcolm and Natasha recently purchased a home in Yangebup and have just dropped into our office to appoint our agency to handle the rental management. Our reputation for offering superior service is growing and both Mig and I are thrilled.
Now talking about Mig, not only is he a “bit of a star” when it comes to Real Estate, but it appears his “Mamma and Poppa” must have had some pretty good genes.
His beautiful sister Sonia is having her first ever book launch this Saturday of her children’s book the “Cheeky Crocodile” . All the best Sonia and congratulations from all your friends at De Freitas & Ryan.
We can’t forget Migs brother Fernando (pretty flash name that) who has just been appointed Media Advisor to Bob Brown’s Australian Greens in Canberra, but was spotted fraternising with a political rival, Labor’s Penny Wong. It appears he’s a bit of a star as well, so I better crank up my side of the family just to “balance the books” here at De Freitas & Ryan.
Well, after missing out on being “drafted” again this year, I’ve decided to really get stuck into my Real Estate career. So December is going to be when I can sneak off for a few days and have a series of strategy meetings with our key personal. We’ve got an extremely busy lead up time into Christmas and you can be sure December is going to be a “Big Month In Real Estate” .
Catch you next week.
