Santa’s on his way so our team are working like little helpers at the moment trying to get everything completed before he arrives.
Client’s gifts, staff gifts, Christmas parties and Christmas functions. Yes, there’s plenty of distractions at this time of year and it’s hard to remain focussed but I guess it’s okay as let’s face it, it’s a most enjoyable time of the year and it’s great to catch up with clients and friends.
“It’s Been Another Big Week In Real Estate’ here at De Freitas & Ryan with a lot of business going on. We’ve even had sales success in Bunbury and the team are on our way there next week to list another five coastal properties.
Melita and young Jason have been extremely busy with the “Portuguese Man of War’ Nuno, being on holidays however with a little help from yours truly, we’ve picked up quite a few new managements this week. Evidently we are picking up quite a few properties on Monday from a disgruntled investor who is not happy with her current agent.
Part of our licensing requirements is that we require a police clearance and I’m pleased to report that I got the green light again.
We are anxiously awaiting our new website as we are keen to keep on building our business. We are also in discussions with our internet advisors trying to see where we can improve our profile in that area as we plan to “step up’ quite a bit in that area in 2010.
Even with all the new technologies you can’t forget the basics and that’s why our staff are out there walking the pavements.
Last Sunday, the Fremantle Cricket Club held a fantastic function (The 100’s Club) at “The Gate Bar & Bistro’ in Cockburn. Melita and I met some really nice people, we didn’t win the $1,000 but we had a great time and are thrilled with our association with such a wonderful club.
Evidently, we’ve got talks with another sporting organisation next week who are keen to get us on board so we’ll see what happens.
I’m being given the hurry up by some of the team as they want me to come and see a few new listings so I guess I better do as I’m told.
Next week is looking extremely busy already so it looks like being, “Another Big Week In Real Estate’ to round off another successful November (this is our third) at De Freitas & Ryan.
