It’s a wonderful business this Real Estate business, however, it can like most things have its highs and lows. I have a mate of mine back in Melbourne who has done extremely well and today controls a franchise of just under 100 Real Estate offices throughout Victoria.
Barry and his lovely wife, Karen are people I greatly admire and I was shocked to hear that Barry had a health “hiccup’ last Monday. Take it easy, “Baz’, look after yourself and all your friends at De Freitas & Ryan are wishing you a speedy recovery.
Yes, we’re all extremely busy and there has been quite a bit of bell ringing this week as we set about trying to top last month’s figures. It’s great to see the team all working so well together and really maturing as a group. It’s satisfying to watch the development of our less experienced people and I’m really proud of their performance and contribution to our company.
Hey Pete, what about wiping your feet instead of leaving footprints on our lovely new (12 months old) carpet? Can’t say too much though as he has just sold another two businesses this week.
Talking about 12 months ago, it’s been a year since we moved into our new showroom/office and boy, what a year it’s been. We’ve had our head down, focused on building our team, client base and business and I’d have to say I’m really thrilled with our decision to move our company to 752 North Lake Road.
It’s a great office and a great location, however Mig and I have already realized that we will outgrow it very soon and we need to plan now for the future. I guess it’s only money.
We had a blackout in the office yesterday morning so it seemed an appropriate time to get the candles out and wish our Ashleigh, “Happy Birthday’.
As I’m typing this, I can hear what’s going on in the office and boy, is it buzzing. Deal, deals and more deals and yes, “It’s Been Another Big Week In Real Estate’.
